  4. Weather / Meteorology has become one of the biggest
  5. interests throughout the US to this date. One of the reasons
  6. behind this is the flooding of the midwest and north eastern
  7. Texas, the droughts of the west coast and the occasional outbreak
  8. of hurricanes and tornados all across the country.
  9.  
  10. Due to this, we proudly introduce WXNet.  
  11.  
  12. WXNet was created by Cowboy Communications in Los Angeles
  13. to get all interested individuals in weather together for 
  14. information and discussion. To start things off, the following
  15. echos have been created.

  17. WX_FORCAST     Forcast requests for different parts of the 
  18.                country
  19.  
  20. WX_TORNADO     Tornado discussion
  21.  
  22. WX_UPDATE      Weather statistics for different cities regarding 
  23.                such things as Current Temperature, Humidity, 
  24.                Barometric pressure Wind Direction and speed
  25.  
  26. WX_HURRICANE   Hurricane Discussion
  27.  
  28. WX_WINTER      General discussion concerning climate for given 
  29.                area in the winter months. NOTE: THIS ECHO CHANGES
  30.                BASED ON THE SEASON!

  32. WX_OPS         SYSOP ONLY MESSAGE BASE! WXNet Operations Echomail
  33.
